We’ve launched several Social Justice Toolkit Workshops across Ontario, piloting the program in SEIU Healthcare workplaces with union leaders. Our mission is to make inclusion, diversity and equity a priority for every employer, ensuring every member is treated with respect and feels safe at work, regardless of their background.

Social Justice Workshop

As we kicked off this exciting new program, we brought together over 30 passionate stewards from six designated units for an impactful three-day event. The agenda featured six dynamic workshops, each designed to educate and empower. Looking ahead, the Social Justice Toolkit will roll out at 10 engaging workshops across the GTA, reaching even more members and amplifying our collective impact.
